What changes when I convert?+

HEIC and HEIF are input formats. This tool decodes the primary photo, or the first photo when no primary is marked, locally on your device. JPG has adjustable quality. HDR, depth data, Live Photo motion and metadata are not retained.

Does this change the image dimensions?+

ICO output is resized to the selected square sizes, with transparent padding and no cropping. Other output formats keep the decoded pixel dimensions. SVG uses its explicit dimensions or viewBox.

Do you support animated images?+

Animated PNG, WebP and AVIF sequences are not supported. SVG must be static. For multi-image HEIC/HEIF, the primary or first photo is used.
